Credit Risk Manager

• Lead enterprise credit risk assessment and customer financial evaluation processes
• Monitor customer exposure limits, receivables aging, collections performance, and recovery strategies
• Develop financial risk mitigation frameworks, policies, and internal controls
• Conduct financial analysis, liquidity assessments, and creditworthiness evaluations for corporate clients and contracts
• Partner with commercial, finance, treasury, and operations teams to support sustainable business growth while minimizing financial exposure
• Prepare risk dashboards, portfolio analysis, and executive reports for senior management
• Support compliance with governance, audit, regulatory, and financial control requirements
• Drive process improvement initiatives related to collections, risk analytics, and financial performance monitoring

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Credit Risk, Financial Risk, Collections, Treasury, or Corporate Finance
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with exposure to large-scale operations
• Experience in managing high-value corporate accounts and risk portfolios
• Proven experience in financial analysis, cash flow assessment, and credit governance
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• FRM (Financial Risk Manager)
• Certification in Credit Risk or Treasury Management is an advantage
