Treasury Manager – International Trade Finance & Banking

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analyses to ensure compliance and support continuous improvement in finance and accounting practices.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across construction, logistics, steel fabrication, and other sectors.
• Assist with financial reporting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable using Microsoft Excel, Tally, ZOHO, and Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Perform internal audits across departments, reviewing financial records and operational procedures.
• Oversee financial operations, reporting, cash flow management, and compliance in high-volume contexts such as rental transactions.
• Develop financial planning, manage cash flow, and prepare reports while ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
• Lead cash management, trade finance, and treasury operations, enhancing systems and controls.
• Manage commodity trading, supplier relationships, negotiations, and oversight of trade finance operations.
• Maintain daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Prepare financial feasibility studies, analyze key performance indicators, and deliver management reports.
• Assist in VAT compliance, tax computations, and financial analysis in alignment with UAE regulations.
• Mentor finance team members while overseeing budgeting, compliance, risk management, reporting, and analysis.
• Support financial analysis in industry-specific contexts such as MENA investment expansion and decarbonisation efforts.
• Manage payroll processing, bank reconciliation, vendor management, and use advanced Excel for accurate reporting and automation.
• Manage banking relationships, cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting across multi‑entity environments.
• Oversee accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with VAT and maintaining stakeholder communication.
• Execute reconciliations and process invoices, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. UAE National requirement for some positions.
• Minimum of 1–5 years of relevant experience (or 4–6 years for specific roles).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Oracle Fusion ERP, ZOHO, and UAE accounting systems.
• Knowledge of IFRS, UAE tax regulations, VAT, and trade finance procedures.
• Accounting or finance certifications are desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
