Centralized Account Management
- Provide support with Centralized Accounts Management Unit activities and functions, i.e. Client’s onboarding, maintenance service requests, efficiently and accurately and in accordance with OPM and SOP’s.
- To process signature requests with adequate controls as per banks policy.
- To validate online Trade license and MOA of entity cases through Govt. authority’s websites.
- To process cases with 99% accuracy. Nil Escalations.
- To review and validate original documents VS scan image.
- Make sure to meet SLA, KPI, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis of Complaints or escalations.
- To ensure correct MI Reporting and timely update of SOP, RCSA test results.
- Centralized processing of Account opening, Maintenance, Signature Verification for all UAE and Doha branches.
- Strict compliance with Bank’s policy and procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of General Banking Activities and Online Banking Products and Services.
- Good Communication skills.
- Strong inter-personal, problem-solving communication, analytical.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Minimum Qualification is Graduation.
- Strong Computer knowledge along with MIS preparation and presentation skills.
