Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

Financial Operations

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Manage cash receipts, bank transactions, and payment records.
• Reconcile daily sales reports with POS system and bank collections.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and expense documentation.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Track inventory-related financial records for electric scooters, spare parts, batteries, and accessories.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock and financial data.
• Assist in monthly stock audits and financial reconciliation.
• Monitor store operating expenses and cost control.

• Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal departments when necessary.
• Support financing or installment payment documentation for customers if applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Above 3 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience in retail, automotive, EV, or dealership industry is an advantage.
• Familiar with accounting software (Quickbooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• English proficiency required;
  Chinese will be plus.
• Understanding of VAT/GST regulations.
