The Role
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing financial feasibility studies and business case evaluations that support company performance reviews. The role requires analysis of key performance indicators—balance sheet and working‑capital figures—to provide comprehensive insights. The analyst supports finance, treasury, and tax functions, delivering MIS reports that guide business decisions, and ensures the accuracy and precision required for strategic planning and operational stability.
WhatYou Will Do Financial Analysis
- Develop extensive feasibility models and prepare detailed financial feasibility analyses to present accurate, complete pictures for senior management review.
- Deliver robust P&L and B/S reporting and analysis, providing timely insight into operational performance and advice on variances, trends, and corrective actions.
- Develop suitable MIS to encapsulate key performance indicators: financial, commercial, and operational.
- Provide effective and timely management reports, including dashboards, to assist business operations in efficient management.
- Collect data from internal and external resources on costs, income, and expenses.
- Conduct income, expense projections and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision‑making.
- Support senior management in finance, treasury, and tax aspects as required.
- Provide timely advice on financial trends and corrective actions to be taken.
- Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Proficiency in MIS.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
- Excellent numeracy and problem‑solving skills.
The Role
- Postgraduate degree in Finance with extensive knowledge of Financial Management, Information Systems, Financial Analysis, Treasury, and Tax.
- ACA Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a similar position within a world‑class organization is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and team‑building skills with well‑developed oral and written communication abilities.
