Position: V.I.E. Cross Asset Sales Analyst

MARK Cross Asset Sales provide investors with multi‑asset market solutions. It serves institutional investors with asset‑liability management, investments, financing, hedging and optimisation of overall return. It also supports distributors by offering bespoke services for the design, marketing and after‑sale of their products, leveraging an engineering team to deliver cross‑asset expertise and manage trading risk.

Responsibilities
  • Support senior sales people in providing clients with cross‑asset services, focusing on fixed income flow business (rates, credit, FX, repos, etc.) and on hedging structured solutions, executing primary transactions (pricing, term sheets, booking, etc.).
  • Ensure secondary‑market dealing on structured products.
  • Serve as the safe‑keeper of internal rules (client onboarding, product governance, risk limits, etc.) in close coordination with the Sales COO.
  • Assist with client onboarding and review (KYC).
  • Price and execute primary and secondary market transactions of structured products.
  • Produce relevant regulatory documents (KIIDs, ENTs, etc.).
  • Create offering documents (term sheets, etc.).
  • Book and track trades using the SG internal system.
  • Check and track risk limits (CAR, CVAR, CVA, etc.).
  • Interact daily with Marketing and Pricing/Structuring Teams for pricing requests or marketing presentations.
  • Provide a high level of operational support to sales (trades follow‑up, onboarding processes, commercial presentations, documentation).
  • Solve business or operational issues related to the products sold with assistance from IT teams, back‑offices and middle‑offices.
  • Analyse, investigate, research, manage and resolve various client requests related to products, onboarding, client events and documentation (legal and commercial).
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and guidelines (client onboarding, credit risk checks, product guidelines, margin policies, restructuring policies, etc.).
Studies & Experience
  • Graduate with a Master’s degree from a Business/Engineering School or University specialised in Finance.
  • Previous experience in Structured Products is appreciated.
Language Skills
  • Fluent in English (B2–C1).
Technical, Operational & Soft Skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient/Good command of MS Office.
VIE Assignment

This VIE in Dubai will begin as soon as possible; applicants need to plan a 3‑month gap between application and assignment start. It will last 12 months. The assignment is open to candidates under 28 from the Member States of the European Economic Space.
