MICS International, a UAE-based financial advisory firm focused on global investing, is looking for experienced Wealth Management Professionals to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively source and onboard new clients by leveraging existing networks, referrals, industry relationships, and professional events, with a strong focus on HNI and UHNI segments
- Understand clients’ risk appetite, financial goals, and investment preferences, and collaborate with the advisory team to structure suitable asset allocation strategies within a financial planning framework
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular meetings, portfolio discussions, and continuous engagement
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews with existing clients and prospects, identifying opportunities to grow assets under management (AUM) and strengthen client relationships
- Drive business development initiatives by actively networking, attending industry events, and engaging with potential investors and strategic partners
- Deliver a highly personalized client experience across all accounts, ensuring strong retention, engagement, and relationship expansion
- Track and analyse capital markets, macroeconomic trends, and central bank or government policy developments impacting asset classes, and actively participate in weekly internal advisor discussions
- Develop a deep understanding of existing and prospective clients while ensuring business growth opportunities align with the firm’s investment philosophy and advisory framework
- New client acquisition and onboarding within the HNI/UHNI segment
- Net AUM growth generated through new client inflows and existing client expansion
- Revenue contribution through advisory fees and managed client relationships
- Client engagement metrics including periodic review completion and relationship continuity
- Conversion ratio from prospects to active clients
- Client retention and relationship deepening across investment solutions
- Active participation in networking initiatives, events, and business development activities
- Prior experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory sales
- Existing relationships within HNI/UHNI investor communities preferred
- Demonstrated client acquisition and relationship management capabilities
- Comfortable with in-person meetings, networking, and attending industry events
- Self-driven, commercially oriented professional with strong communication skills
