Overview
Manage and oversee all financial transactions related to property sales ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, account reconciliations and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Finance and other stakeholders, supporting efficient sales operations through effective financial controls, reporting and customer account management.
Responsibilities- Manage and process all financial transactions related to property sales, with a primary focus on off‑plan developments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and maintain customer invoices, payment schedules, statements of account and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Monitor customer collections and accounts receivable, following up on outstanding payments in line with contractual payment plans and project milestones.
- Reconcile customer accounts, sales ledgers and escrow‑related transactions, maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Track customer deposits, reservation fees and installment schedules, proactively identifying and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal and Customer Service teams to verify transaction details, resolve account issues and support customer onboarding and handover processes.
- Prepare and maintain sales‑related financial reports, including receivables aging, collection status and cash flow forecasts, to support management decision‑making.
- Assist with month‑end closing activities, audit requirements and the preparation of supporting schedules and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, RERA, DLD requirements, escrow regulations and internal financial controls and policies.
- Respond to customer and internal stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner relating to billing, payments, account balances, refunds and account status.
- 5+ years of experience within property development or real estate sectors.
- University degree in a related field.
- Adept user of Oracle Net Suite and Salesforce.
- Provide evidence of any relevant training or certification.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
