Our Mortgage Division works closely with leading UAE banks, developers, real estate brokers, and property investors to provide structured home and commercial financing solutions.

Role Purpose

The Relationship Officer – Mortgage Sales will be responsible for sourcing, advising, and closing Retail & Commercial Property Finance transactions.

The role requires strong understanding of UAE mortgage regulations, property market dynamics, and bank eligibility criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source home finance and commercial mortgage clients.
  • Develop referral networks with:
    • Property developers
    • Wealth managers
    • Corporate clients
  • Generate leads through networking, field visits, and digital channels.
  • Achieve monthly mortgage disbursement targets.
  • Assess client eligibility (salary, liabilities, credit profile).
  • Consider fixed vs variable rates.
  • Consider Islamic vs conventional finance.
  • Determine LTV eligibility.
  • Evaluate buy-out and refinancing options.
  • Structure mortgage solutions based on client profile and bank appetite.
  • Provide clear breakdown of rates, fees, and obligations.
Collect and verify
  • Salary certificates / Trade license
  • Bank statements
  • Property documents
  • SPA & Title Deed
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations.
  • Coordinate valuation, offer letters, and final disbursement with partner banks.
  • Avoid mis-selling and maintain full transparency.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with brokers and developers.
  • Track mortgage pipeline and follow up proactively.
  • Build repeat and referral business.

Eligibility Criteria Mandatory
  • 2–4 years UAE mortgage sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of UAE property market.
  • Knowledge of bank mortgage policies & LTV norms.
  • Proven track record of monthly disbursements.
Preferred
  • Experience working with UAE banks or DSA firms.
  • Knowledge of both Conventional & Islamic mortgage products.
