Finance Manager

A leading telecommunication company based out of Dubai is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead and oversee financial operations across multiple entities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute strategically to the organization's growth while ensuring financial excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Experience – 7+ Years in UAE Finance

Preferred Industry – Telecommunication / Construction

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
• Oversee corporate tax, VAT compliance, and statutory filings
• Lead internal and external audits, including inventory audits
• Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and banking relationships
• Ensure timely loan repayments and effective working capital management
• Review and approve customer credit limits and vendor payments
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and group financial reporting
• Oversee payroll review and approval processes
• Monitor inventory levels and financial controls
• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification (Mandatory)
• Minimum 7 years of finance and accounting experience in UAE
• At least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in multi-entity/group finance environments
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, VAT, treasury, and audits
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
