Analyst, FTI Capital Advisors

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will support the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions, working through all stages from origination to closing.

• Assist in constructing detailed financial models and performing valuation analyses using Excel and other modeling tools.
• Develop and prepare documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance.
• Conduct thorough research to gather project-specific information and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Support all phases of transaction execution from origination through closing.

• Relevant full‑time experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with a leading firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Fluency in Arabic is positively valued.
