Senior Finance Manager

- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Oversee cost accounting and analysis to drive operational efficiency and profitability
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards
- Manage financial risks related to foreign exchange, commodities, and market fluctuations
- Optimize working capital and cash flow management across global operations
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support strategic decision-making and business planning
- Provide actionable insights and financial recommendations to senior leadership
- Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA
- 8–15 years of experience in manufacturing
- Strong expertise in FP&A, costing, and financial reporting
- Hands‑on experience in risk management (forex, commodity & financial risk)
- Exposure to international trade, working capital & cash flow management
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
