Executive – Financial Operations (for Dubai government client)

Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Financial Operations to join our Financial Management team. This role plays a key part in supporting Accounts Receivable and Payroll operations
, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and timely reporting.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and intercompany invoices
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
• Perform revenue recognition and support month-end closing activities
• Prepare validation and revenue analysis reports
• Process monthly payroll and employee-related payments (commissions, per diem, EOS)
• Handle payroll-related government transactions within defined timelines
  
  Complete payroll reconciliations and month-end closing processes
• Assist in manpower budgeting activities
• Respond to queries related to receivables and payroll
• Support audit processes by providing required documentation
• Carry out additional tasks related to receivables and payroll as required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Payroll
• Strong understanding of reconciliations and basic financial reporting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
