Finance Account Specialist

Industry Preference: FMCG / Nutraceuticals / Wellness

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, hands‑on reconciliation experience, and the ability to manage day‑to‑day finance operations with accuracy and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and reconciliation activities across payment gateways, bank statements, client accounts, and internal records.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor transactions for exceptions, irregularities, and out‑of‑pattern activity.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end closing, reporting, and sign‑off activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, control, and efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company processes.
• Support the smooth functioning of the office from an accounting and finance perspective.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts, reconciliation, finance operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Wellness, E‑commerce, or a related sector will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, receivables, credit control, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, ERP, Cointab, or Shopify.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal stakeholders.
