Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements specific to real estate transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage accounts payable and receivable for property management focusing on timely billing and collections to maintain cash flow.
Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting for real estate projects providing insights to support strategic decision‑making.
Oversee tax compliance and reporting for real estate entities ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
Perform detailed property accounting including depreciation, amortization, and asset management to optimize portfolio performance.
Collaborate with property managers to reconcile operating accounts and resolve discrepancies swiftly.
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders translating complex data into actionable insights.
Qualifications- Mandatory experience in ESCROW and TAS.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid academic foundation.
- Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in real estate accounting, demonstrating familiarity with industry‑specific challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
