This is a pivotal role at the intersection of strategy, finance and execution. You will partner closely with the Group CFO, COO and VP Finance to translate business ambition into actionable financial roadmaps ensuring decisions are anchored in data, logic and impact. What success looks like:
Within the first year you will have helped institutionalize Beyond ONE's financial backbone, integrating reporting, forecasting and performance management across markets while shaping the narratives guiding our investments and operational decisions.

- Partner with the Group CFO, COO and VP Finance to shape financial narratives and decision frameworks that connect strategy, execution and shareholder value.
- Lead the Group FP&A and Business Finance functions, coordinating forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis across operating companies to surface actionable insights and enable sound decisions.
- Develop forward‑looking analysis to guide capital allocation, investment prioritization and performance interventions balancing growth ambitions with financial discipline.
- Enhance FP&A as a strategic enabler, embedding structure, transparency, and analytical excellence across global teams and ensuring consistency in reporting definitions and KPIs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Commercial, People and Technology teams to drive integrated planning, forecasting and decision‑making.
- Mentor and elevate finance leaders across markets, fostering a culture that blends rigor with pragmatism, curiosity and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis across both operational companies and group‑level organizations; exposure to board‑level or C‑suite stakeholders is essential.
- Strong understanding of performance management in dynamic environments.
- Advanced financial modelling and planning capabilities, strong business acumen, and proficiency in Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint with a focus on storytelling.
- Familiarity with emerging automation or analytics tools that enhance financial processes.
- Structured thinker with entrepreneurial instincts, able to bring order to fast‑moving situations without stifling creativity.
- Comfortable engaging directly with senior leaders, challenging assumptions with tact and logic.
- Communicates with clarity and narrative precision, turns data into stories that move decisions.
