Finance Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze P&L performance identifying key business drivers and improvement opportunities
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial plans to support business objectives
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and cost control
• Develop and maintain management dashboards, KPI reports and performance scorecards
• Prepare monthly business performance reports and present key findings to management
• Perform profitability analysis by store, region and product category
• Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and business analysis
• Ensure data accuracy and continuously improve reporting processes and dashboard efficiency

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CFA (partial or full qualification) preferred
• Experience:
  
  3–5 years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance. Experience in retail industries preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is an advantage
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Team player with strong stakeholder management skills
