Senior Trading Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Trading Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for the integration, management, and operation of critical systems including trading platforms, bridges, risk management tools, and reporting systems. You will bridge the gap between the Trading and Risk team, Trading Operations, IT, Liquidity Providers, and key clients to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.

• Manage the daily operation and maintenance of trading infrastructure, including MT4, MT5 servers, liquidity provider platforms, bridges, risk management solutions, and reporting systems.
• Track trading activity, margin utilization, execution performance, spreads, swaps, and slippage, and promptly report any unusual patterns or discrepancies.
• Carry out hedging activities in accordance with established internal policies and risk management procedures.
• Identify, analyze, and investigate potentially abusive trading practices and suspicious client behavior, providing detailed assessments and categorization of such activities.
• Administer and support trading environments such as PrimeXM, Your Bourse, Centroid.
• Work closely with Liquidity Providers to manage trading conditions, optimize order routing, and resolve technical or connectivity-related issues.
• Assist in managing hedging processes and monitoring market exposure to maintain effective risk controls.
• Contribute to the implementation of new products, platform enhancements, system migrations, and technology integrations.

• Minimum 5years of proven experience in Trading or Trading Operations within a financial services environment.
• In-depth understanding of CFD products, including Forex, commodities, indices, equities, and cryptocurrencies.
• Practical experience with MT4/MT5 trading platforms and liquidity aggregation solutions such as PrimeXM, Your Bourse, Centroid.
• Solid knowledge of order execution and routing, risk management models (A‑Book/B‑Book), execution strategies, and the complete client trade lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and diagnostic skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with Liquidity Providers, clients, and cross‑functional teams.
