The Oil & Gas (O&G) Group’s team in Dubai is inviting an Off-Cycle intern to work on deals across the Middle East and Asia‑Pacific region. The internship offers exposure to a wide range of client industries and investment banking services, and the successful candidate may be offered a longer‑term opportunity based in Hong Kong.

• Research and analyse financial statements, general economic conditions, industry‑specific developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and investment attributes of publicly traded and private companies.
• Gain intimate knowledge of capital raisings and financing structures.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals and receive substantial responsibilities, interaction with senior‑level colleagues and live engagement experience.

• Strong academic background.
• 3–6 months minimum prior internship experience in Investment Banking, with M&A/Corporate Finance experience preferable.
• Strong financial and computer skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid accounting and finance knowledge; understanding of financial statements analysis.
• Some understanding of financial modelling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Mandarin language advantageous.
• Motivated, collaborative and capable of working cooperatively with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing, demanding but rewarding environment.

The internship lasts six months and requires immediate availability. The position is located in Dubai and offers the possibility of future relocation to Hong Kong.
