Black Pearl Consult is looking for a Chartered Accountant in Dubai to manage financial operations in the construction and real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have CA, ACCA, or CPA qualifications and at least 3 years of UAE experience, focusing on project costing, budgeting, and compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations. Strong financial reporting and analysis skills are essential.
