Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain various payroll records and reports, maintaining accurate payroll calculations and processing internal and external payroll transactions.
  • Responsible to track and manage GL entries of monthly provisions and amortization, EOSB, medical insurance etc.
  • Timely and accurate processing of EOS support all internal and external audit requirements where data from the HR systems is required and ensure all findings are investigated and resolved.
  • Own data accuracy and maintenance of the data in the system.
  • Complete all Payroll Benefits tasks and transactions required for the financial month‑end closing steps.
  • Assist with reconciliation of all relevant accounts and ensure that this is completed to corporate standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR and Company information.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of the payroll function, including review of payroll processes and procedures and recommending best practices.
  • Automate entire payroll process including time and attendance system and simplify payroll process.
  • Review and approve final payroll result prior to payment.
  • Ensure that defined check controls and validations are executed.
  • Ensure right first‑time reporting with an eye for detail.
  • Ensure payroll is released by the 26th day of the month.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with accounting and payroll software, such as AX, Dynamics, ORACLE, SAP etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficient in the use of Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and payroll practices.
  • Ability to professionally and clearly prepare business correspondence.
  • Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment and maintain accuracy while sticking to SLA's.
