Corporate Accountant

We’re Hiring:
Corporate Accountant | Dubai, UAE. Are you an experienced finance professional who thrives on accuracy, timeliness, and clear financial insight?

• Manage end-to-end financial reporting and ensure month‑end close is completed within agreed timelines.
• Prepare accurate, timely reports for the board and senior management to support strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning with a strong focus on forecast precision.
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and working capital management.
• Handle multi‑entity financial consolidation and reporting across our business units.
• Coordinate fully with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Build dashboards and performance reports to track business health and financial trends.

• Financial analysis and ability to act as a business partner to operational teams.
• Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Strong command of IFRS and corporate reporting standards.
• Excellent cash flow management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI is a strong advantage.
• Confidence in presenting financial information to board and leadership levels.
• Proven experience managing finance processes for multiple companies/entities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• At least 3 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Must have a driving license.
