HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking seeks an experienced professional to manage high‑value Premier clients. The role involves acquiring, developing and retaining relationships with Premier clients to deliver portfolio growth and ensure excellent service.
Responsibilities- Own and grow a portfolio of Premier clients, delivering portfolio growth, profitability and agreed KPIs (e.g., New to Bank, Net New Money, Wealth Revenue, Wealth Penetration).
- Acquire, develop and retain high‑value relationships, acting as the client’s trusted financial adviser and ensuring consistently excellent service.
- Conduct regular financial/wealth reviews, identify opportunities and recommend suitable wealth solutions across HSBC products and services.
- Drive disciplined sales activity management: set client contact strategies, use MI/tools to improve performance, and keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Maintain strong risk and control standards and meet sales quality requirements.
- Deliver full compliance obligations (KYC, AML & sanctions, alerts, mandatory training) and build HSBC’s profile through client/community engagement and events.
- Proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent.
- Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products.
- Experience managing relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, including portfolio management and networking.
- Required to be SCA accredited within 6 months upon joining by completing 2 mandatory exams (ICWIM level 3 & UAE Financial Rules & Regulations).
- Strong technical wealth management skills and sound knowledge of financial services products and CRM systems, plus ability to work effectively with Compliance, Credit, Risk and Internal Controls (including local regulatory/licensing requirements).
- Graduation degree essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit; if certificate is from outside the UAE, up‑to‑date attestations and equivalency are mandatory.
