Position: Junior Receptionist

Department: Front Office

• Greet guests or visitors with a warm and professional attitude and answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures, attend to every guest requests the best way possible.
• Keeps updated on the system operation and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor/HOD.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, or other departments as needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or Customer Service.
