- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities.
- Deliver packages, messages, and other requested items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and guest areas.
- Assist front desk with guest inquiries and special requests.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Education:
10th pass or equivalent - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle luggage.
- Polite, well-groomed, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
