AboutThe Role
As a Beverage Manager
, you will be responsible for overseeing all beverage service operations, with a particular focus on cocktails and bar menu development, while ensuring the highest standards of beverage preparation and service for every drink served.
- Work closely with management to develop departmental goals, product quality, and brand standards.
- Develop thoughtful drink recipes and implement revenue generating campaigns.
- Create and update beverage menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences, collaborating with chefs and suppliers.
- Manage the daily operations of beverage service in the hotel, ensuring high-quality service.
- Help with revamping restaurant styling, beverages offer, tastings and presentations training for the team.
- Reorganize all wine and beverage storage areas which improve inventory efficiency as well as reduce ordering costs.
- Interact with customers and improve bar operation and service based on feedback received.
- A Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in beverage management preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve revenue targets and has sound understanding of the local market and competitor landscape.
- Familiarity with F&B operations, sales strategies, and marketing techniques.
- Strong leadership, great communication and organizational skills along with a deep understanding of beverage trends and customer service.
