Hotel Receptionist​/Front Desk

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for all guests. As the face of our hotel, you will manage check-in/check-out processes, handle guest inquiries, and ensure a seamless and positive experience from arrival to departure.

• Greet guests warmly and manage reservations, providing detailed information about rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions.
• Efficiently register guests and manage check-out procedures, including payment verification.
• Handle phone calls and guest requests, directing them to the appropriate departments for assistance.
• Assist with daily front desk operations, maintaining a professional and organized lobby area.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues calmly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Liaise with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and concierge, to ensure guest needs are met.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with computers and hotel management software (or ability to learn quickly).
