Key Responsibilities
* Process and confirm guest room reservations made by clients via phone, letter, or fax.
* Input all reservations into the computer, recording all pertinent information.
* Attend to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
* Maintain an accurate room status at all times.
* Organize visa requests for hotel guests as per hotel policy.
* Ensure all incoming calls are answered as per Rotana standards.## Requirements
* Diploma / degree within the hospitality field.
* Previous experience in hotel reservations is preferred.
* Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
* Written and oral proficiency in English.
