Overview
One&Only Royal Mirage, situated in the vibrant heart of New Dubai, offers a sanctuary of traditional splendour where indulgence and excitement combine. As part of Kerzner International’s growing portfolio, we are seeking a highly qualified Kitchen Steward to join our F&B team.
Responsibilities- Report directly to the Chief Steward and ensure all kitchen areas meet hygiene and food safety standards.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail while working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Support the creation of exceptional guest experiences through consistent excellence in kitchen operations.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a resort or fine dining environment.
- Strong focus on hygiene, safety and quality in all kitchen tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly with a positive attitude.
