The Inter Continental Hotels Group at Dubai Festival City includes four hotels:
Inter Continental, Inter Continental Residence Suites, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn & Suites. The cluster features over 1,600 rooms, 16 restaurants and bars, a 3,800-square-metre Event Centre across two levels, Festival Arena by Inter Continental (5,000-square-metres), Spa Inter Continental, and state-of-the-art gym and pool facilities. A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Communicate politely and display courtesy to guests and colleagues
• Support team with mise-en-place and storage pick ups
• Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
• Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
• Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
• Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
• Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
• Cleans and re-sets his/her working area
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
