Responsibilities- Manage activities associated with guest luggage and general task assignment.
- Optimize delivery and dispatch times to ensure exceptional guest outcomes.
- Evaluate, record, and report daily operational details to the Assistant Manager, Front Services.
- Ensure fair and constant distribution of tasks to Bellmen while providing five‑star service in a guest‑facing environment.
- Positively represent Atlantis, The Royal’s professional image and reputation at all times.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to read social situations and deliver a first‑class experience.
