With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Deliver exceptional, guest‑focused service by anticipating and responding promptly to guest needs throughout their dining experience.
• Ensure that the highest standards of hospitality, courtesy, and professionalism are demonstrated at all times.
• Prepare and organize all food, beverage, materials, and equipment in advance to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about all menu items, special promotions, and beverage pairings to confidently guide and delight guests.
• Listen to guest feedback and communicate any comments, challenges, or requests to leadership to ensure swift resolution and continual improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth, coordinated service across all shifts.
• Participate in daily briefings, training programs, and meetings to enhance skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation standards by cleaning and resetting the work area before, during, and after each shift.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage or guest service role preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Polished, professional appearance and confident presentation.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
