Guest Services Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Services Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay experience.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints efficiently and elevate when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and update guest information in the system
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Ensure the lobby and front desk area are neat and presentable at all times

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of hotel systems is a plus
