Responsibilities & Qualifications- Send pre‑arrival emails, gather guest preferences, and coordinate with departments to prepare rooms.
- Pre‑block rooms, confirm guest registrations, and arrange signature services in advance.
- Personally welcome guests, escort them to rooms, and provide a full rooming experience for VIPs.
- Coordinate laundry, unpacking/packing, and delivery of guest requests with Butler Valets or Housekeeping.
- Engage guests warmly, build rapport, and address needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain guest privacy, handle sensitive requests discreetly, and ensure a high level of confidentiality.
- Record guest preferences and feedback to personalise future visits.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure accessibility support is provided when required.
- Follow safety, security, grooming, and communication protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive team environment.
