Position: Villa Butler (Russian Speaker) - BVLGARI Resort

Position Summary

The Villa Butler is a key element in a team of professionals striving to deliver a level of personalized service that exceeds not only the expectation of the guest but will add a point of difference from the service provided in any other hotel/resort in UAE.

The position of Villa Butler provides a very personalized, detailed and seamless service to guests. The Villa Butler will take gentle care of all assigned guests from pre-arrival until departure without imposing themselves on the guests. The guests will see the Villa Butler as owner of each guest’s needs and requests. Our first impression on guests is often a significant part of the lasting impression left in their memories.

Everything we do must support the heritage and legacy of Bulgari, which includes our attire and grooming. Everything we do, say and even, do not say, communicates to the guest. As a Bulgari staff member, it is extremely important to ensure that we do not only demonstrate our core values in our everyday interactions with our guests, but that our behavior demonstrates a way that reflects the unique personality of the Bulgari Brand.

Responsibilities
  • Follow company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

    Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees. Comply with quality assurance standards.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

    High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
