About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Inter Resort Shuttle Service minibus between Atlantis the Palm, Avenues, and The Royal Atlantis. You will safely transfer guests within the properties while adhering to a set route and timetable, updating tracking sheets with guest numbers. You will handle emergencies and unexpected incidents, such as road closures or unruly passengers, and ensure that vehicles are clean, fueled, and serviced on time.
You must follow all RTA rules, drive in a courteous and safe manner, and ensure the vehicle is stocked with guest amenities according to resort standards. Additionally, you will contribute to creating a positive guest experience, provide feedback to management, and report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents promptly.
About You
You should have a good command of the English language, and knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic or European languages is a plus. You must have at least 3 years of experience working in a Five Star Hotel or a similar organization, with a valid UAE light bus license (a heavy bus license is an added advantage).
