Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, combined with at least 2 years of verifiable front office experience in a mid-scale city hotel.
• Strict requirement for advanced proficiency in operating Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Protel or IDS Next without needing basic training.
• Candidates must demonstrate exceptional English fluency and conflict resolution skills to handle high-stress guest disputes and billing errors.

• Execute flawless check-in and check-out procedures for international tourists and corporate guests, ensuring all passport scans comply strictly with CID regulations.
• Aggressively up-sell premium room categories and F&B packages to arriving guests to meet monthly departmental revenue targets.
• De-escalate immediate guest complaints regarding room conditions or service delays, coordinating directly with housekeeping and maintenance to fix issues instantly.
