We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping operations and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensure that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and luxurious stay.

• Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training and scheduling.
• Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
• Monitor and control inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of guest requests and special cleaning services.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient housekeeping operations.
• Handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a housekeeping supervisory role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, products and equipment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in Dubai.
