• Attend daily briefings to receive shift assignments and updates
• Ensure adequate linen and guest supplies are available and neatly stocked in floor pantries
• Provide room attendants with necessary cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
• Collect and dispose of garbage, recycling, and soiled linen from assigned areas
• Use and maintain all chemicals, equipment, and supplies according to hotel safety and cleanliness standards
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to the housekeeping office
• Assist in inventory checks for linen and supplies
• Be prepared to assist in room servicing when needed
• Familiarize yourself with the layout of guest rooms, corridors, and housekeeping storage areas
• Support colleagues and complete other housekeeping duties as assigned

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory
