• Prepare, arrange, and serve all food according to the standards set by the Sous Chef
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment at all times
• Monitor portion size and presentation before dishes are served
• Support breakfast, à la carte menus, and 24‑hour service as required
• Follow correct ordering procedures and maintain accurate records of recipes
• Assist Chef de Partie in daily duties and preparation work
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to maintain smooth operations
• Adhere to hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations
• Participate in training programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver the 15‑Minute Guest Satisfaction Guarantee Service as per IBIS standards

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary Arts
• Creative and passionate about food and customer service
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel or relevant hospitality environment
• Knowledge of first aid and basic safety procedures
