Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of frontline guest service or reception experience within a high-volume 4-star or 5-star city hotel environment.
• Extensive, high-speed operational knowledge of the Opera Property Management System (PMS) for managing reservations, routing billing folios, and allocating rooms.
• Impeccable personal grooming standards and the physical endurance required to stand behind the reception counter for intense 9-hour shifts.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; active fluency in Russian, Arabic, or Mandarin is highly preferred to manage international tour groups effectively.

• Execute rapid and flawless check-in and check-out procedures for massive tourist delegations, corporate groups, and weekend staycation guests.
• Accurately register all guest passport and visa details into the mandatory Dubai Police CID system upon arrival, ensuring absolute compliance with local laws.
• Manage complex billing portfolios, process multi-currency transactions, handle large cash floats responsibly, and resolve any third-party booking invoice disputes.
• Absorb high-pressure situations, de-escalate aggressive guest complaints regarding room delays, and initiate immediate service recovery protocols to prevent negative online reviews.

• Fixed basic monthly salary (2,500 - 4,000 AED) supplemented by a variable share of the hotel's monthly service charge pool.
• Provision of high-quality tailored uniforms, complimentary laundry services, and premium meals at the staff cafeteria during duty hours.
• Fully sponsored MOHRE employment contract, standard DHA-compliant health insurance, company-provided transport from staff accommodation, and 30 days of paid annual leave.
