• Develop deep familiarity with all terminal amenities and services, so you can confidently inform and assist guests.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—from guest experience to housekeeping and food services—to ensure every request is fulfilled smoothly.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, respecting the privacy of our distinguished clientele at all times.
• Support special events, exhibitions, and terminal maintenance coordination as needed, contributing to the overall excellence of the operation.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by your Line Manager, always with flexibility and a positive attitude.

Your Profile.

• A relevant degree, post-graduate qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage graciously with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• A minimum of two years of experience within a five-star hotel, luxury resort, or comparable high‑end service setting.
• A thorough understanding of impeccable grooming standards and personal presentation.
• A naturally outgoing yet discreet personality—someone who enjoys serving others without seeking the spotlight.
