Guest Service Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a full‑time Guest Services Assistant to join our team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival to departure.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and allied information to respond to guest queries.
• Maintain an awareness of rate levels to be sold on a daily basis and occupancy levels.
• Accurately administer front desk cashiering standards and comply with all laid down systems, policies and procedures.
• Process accounts from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring accurate postings of all incidental charges using computerized front office systems.
• Maintain privacy of all guests by ensuring no details of the guests are disclosed.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures and service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a four‑or five‑star hotel or comparable industry.
• Ability to work and engage teams from different cultures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
• Technical proficiency in related software preferable.
