Guest Relation Manager – Franchise

Tumbi Hotel – Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team. As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our hotel. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise a team of Guest Relations staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Assist with VIP and special guest requests
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
