Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of verifiable frontline experience within a 4-star or 5-star hospitality environment, specifically handling high-volume guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Mandatory proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), with strong preference given to candidates highly experienced in operating Opera or Opera Cloud.
- Exceptional bilingual communication skills; absolute fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Russian, Mandarin, German, or Arabic provides a significant hiring advantage.
- Execute rapid and accurate guest check-in procedures, actively promoting premium room upgrades and cross-selling hotel F&B outlets to meet individual monthly revenue targets.
- Manage the front desk cash float with absolute precision, processing complex foreign currency exchanges and executing credit card pre-authorizations without generating accounting discrepancies.
- Handle incoming guest complaints with high emotional intelligence, immediately resolving room issues or escalating severe disputes to the Duty Manager to protect the hotel's online review scores.
- Competitive base monthly salary (3,000 - 4,500 AED) strictly aligned with MOHRE regulations, supplemented by a guaranteed monthly share of the hotel's collective service charge.
