Kerzner International is seeking a Head Waiter/Head Waitress for the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. The role involves assisting management in maintaining service standards, leading and training staff while ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, strong food and beverage knowledge (especially in Italian cuisine), and excellent communication skills in English. A dynamic approach to service and teamwork is essential.
