Head of Cigars

The Head of Cigars is responsible for ensuring a smooth running of service in the Cigar Lounge and focusing on delivering maximum members and guests satisfaction while taking care that the Club's highest standards and procedures are adhered to at all times.

• Curate and manage the Club's cigar programme, ensuring the cigar list is always up to date with accurate vintages, descriptions and pricing.
• Take ownership of humidor management, maintaining optimal storage conditions, stock levels, inventory accuracy and product quality at all times.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, sourcing premium and exclusive cigars that enhance the member experience.
• Provide expert cigar, wine and spirit pairing recommendations, creating memorable and personalized experiences for members and guests.
• Act as the Club's cigar ambassador, delivering exceptional product knowledge, hosting tastings and sharing expertise with both members and the wider team.
• Assist members and guests with cigar selections while consistently delivering warm, professional and attentive service.
• Ensure humidors, cigar displays and lounge areas are impeccably maintained, organized and presented in line with Club standards.
• Train and develop the team on cigar knowledge, storage standards and service excellence to uphold a world-class cigar experience.

• 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
• Internationally recognized professional certification.
• Excellent level of English.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
• Excellent team management, communication and listening skills.
• Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
