Role Overview
Room Service Supervisor
Responsibilities- Assist the IRD Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure that room service operations run smoothly.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity in an upscale 5‑star hotel resort environment.
- Prior room service experience.
- Experience handling room service operations and serving a high‑profile and diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging environment.
- Strong leadership, supervisory and motivational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages a plus).
