With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Head Waiter/Head Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.
With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. You will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant General Manager to maintain resort standards, lead, supervise and motivate your staff in all aspects of service to the highest professional standards with care and attention to detail and in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
KeyDuties And Responsibilities
- Presents a professional, energetic image that enhances the guest experience and delivers genuine hospitality.
- Ensures all mise-en-place, service areas, and equipment are properly prepared, maintained, and aligned with resort standards.
- Demonstrates strong product knowledge, effectively communicates with colleagues, delegates tasks, and stays updated on daily resort activities.
- Maintains high standards of hygiene, safety, professionalism, and environmental responsibility while actively participating in training and team events.
Suitable candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale 5
* hotel/resort environment. Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a preference for expertise in Italian cuisine, is desirable. Should have excellent personal and interpersonal skills. Should be able to build strong relationships with high profile and diverse clientele. Should be a dynamic team player and able to provide the highest standard of service to our guests. Excellent communication in English language is required and an additional language will be highly regarded.
