We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Steward at Inter Continental Residences Dubai Business Bay to maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and operational support within our culinary operations.

What We’ll Support You To Do
  • Maintain Exceptional Hygiene Standards by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and service equipment according to hotel and food safety standards.
  • Support Efficient Culinary Operations, keeping kitchen environments organized and ready.
  • Develop Professional Hospitality Skills in a luxury hospitality environment.
Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Cleaning & Sanitation
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, workstations, and stewarding areas.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures at all times.
Kitchen & Equipment Support
  • Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and available for operational use.
  • Assist with the movement and storage of kitchen equipment and supplies.
  • Support chefs and kitchen teams with operational requirements when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
Waste Management & Hygiene
  • Remove and dispose of waste according to hotel procedures.
  • Segregate waste and support sustainability initiatives where applicable.
  • Ensure garbage collection areas remain clean and hygienic.
  • Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Operational Support
  • Support restaurant, banquet, and in‑room dining operations as required.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing operational equipment during events and busy service periods.
  • Respond promptly to operational requests from culinary and service teams.
  • Maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials and stewarding supplies.
Health & Safety Compliance
  • Follow all health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Report maintenance issues, hazards, or equipment malfunctions immediately.
  • Participate in safety and hygiene training programs.
Teamwork & Professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with Culinary, Stewarding, and Food & Beverage teams.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Support colleagues during busy operational periods.
  • Contribute to a culture of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork.

What We Need From You Education
  • High School Certificate or equivalent preferred.
Experience
  • Previous stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred.
